  • This is garbage

    It doesn’t work hasn’t worked in over 2 months and never have updates

    Hi Daniel, Do you have troubles connecting to the app? We had a big update a month ago. We changed some minor troubles but the main change was the interactive map. You can see it in the screen 'Itinerary'. Kind regards - STIB Mobile Team
  • Preferred the old one

    Eats your data, requires log in details, google maps was better in a side by side comparison. Trying to make a quick query about when the next bus will arrive takes knowledge of bus stop name or a lot of clicks to get to a route map. Bus arrival Timing differed from timing on the bus stop.

    Hello, We are sorry for the inconvenience. Login credentials are not required to use the application unless you want to add your MOBIB card or add addresses. You can use most features without an account. Timing is more accurate on our app compared to most alternatives (Google Maps included) since we use real time information and they use theoretical datas. I hope it answers your most critical points.   • Useful app !

    Excellent update ! I have several Mobib basic cards - it would be helpful if they could be renamed (easier to remember than long numbers).

  • Marginally better but messy

    The route finder works now which is good. I still have a problem with saved stops though: I save a favourite stop in the direction I want to travel, so I don’t need to know about vehicles going in the other direction, it would be useful to see more in the direction that I want to go without having to go to another layer in the app. It used to do this so I don’t know why it was changed. Hope I can give you a better review soon. :-)

    Hi! We're sorry for the inconvenience. We did encounter a bug on the itinerary tool on the app and the website. However this problem should be fixed now. Do you still have the problem?   • Big improvement on previous release

    Love the new app. However it would be great to have the MOBIB card displayed electronically so the phone could be used as a card to be touched against the readers. Also, the functionality in this update is very slow.

    Hello, Thanks for your feed-back! Currently it is not possible for our validators to read an electronic MOBIB card. However we want to reach that goal in the future. Is it only on the MOBIB screen that you experience a slower app? Kind regards - STIB Mobile Team
  • Intrusive app

    First things first, the app isn’t designed for iPads and is only available in portrait orientation.

    Second, it asks access to contacts names, phone numbers birthdays, etc. It’s not relevant.

    The UI is poorly designed.

    Hello, The acces to your contacts and calendar is used to plan an itinerary linked to a contactperson or an event in the calendar. At any given time, you can change this in the settings of our app. The app can also be used without creating an account. Kind regards - The STIB Mobile team
  • Ac setup doesn’t work

    Kept jumping from page where I enter DON back to login setup page. Would say if anything wrong. Gave up.
    Poorly laid out. Labels cut off.
    Doesnt work on iPhoneX the home bar at bottom is often in front of buttons.
