App Hardly Ever Works
Now the app won’t even load. Before the app wouldn’t save the login information or allow me to even login (even after I went to the clubhouse to get password reset because it would t let me in with the password I had been using). At one point it would let me log in but would t let me add visitors. I absolutely hate this app.Show lessleerljr68

History erased with app upgrade
My history erased and does not register any new visitors since the Nov ‘22 app update. I’ve logged out of the app and logged back in multiple times and doesn’t work. This issue is across 3 different phones / devices so I know the issue isn’t with my phone.AD975368

App at first allowed me to use to designate access for guests and vendors, but today won’t even launch. Despite entering the correct credentials the app won’t load. Hasn’t worked in more than a week!!!sgjead
Doesn’t work
The app says it’s logging in and just stays stuck on that screen. It’s a great concept. The execution needs a lot of work. I would say don’t even bother with it.Miamiheat103
Can’t reschedule Vendor
When trying to reschedule a vendor you have to press edit and do a search. Unfortunately the vendor does not display in the search results. So you have to delete the vendor and recreate them.Frustrated###!!!
