  • Can Not login

    Won’t allow login , using iPhone 12 with ISN version 2.12.1. Also , when it worked before , after adding a visitor when you go back to re invite for a second time , it never updates red color , it always says inactive for that particular guest after the first invite expires. The concept is very cool but app is very buggy. Maybe one day developer will get it right

  • Never worked well with my iphone or ipad

    After this latest update, this app will not allow me to log in on my iPhone nor iPad to manage visitors I have to use a web browser instead of the app to manage my visitors. Please look into this...

  • Doesn’t Work

    App doesn’t allow me to add new guests, show message “limit exceeded for permanent guests” even when I tried to simply invite a friend to come over tomorrow. Then the app shows an icon that looks like its reloading, but it get stuck and I had rebooted the app multiple times to try again, but the issue persists. Very disappointed that I’ll need to face this kind of issue when I try to have guests, because of an unreliable app.

    Hi We are sorry for your bad experience using our system. The limits of guests are defined by the administrators of your community, you can try to delete guests that you no longer use or contact those responsible for your community to increase the allowed limit
  • Disappointing

    This app is very disappointing. First you can’t add people from your contacts, you have to manually enter their phone #, really? Second, what is the PIN number? There is no explanation of this. Some people said it was our old gate code for people we can’t send QR code to because we don’t have their cell, but no that doesn’t work and it doesn’t “hold” the PIN number, generates a new one each time you open the setting? Huh? Third, you don’t get a text saying your guest got a code. Would be nice to have a confirmation saying code was sent instead of me texting visitor, did you get it? 5 times, since the first 4 don’t work. Fourth, if guest are permanent, do you still need to “invite” them each time they come? Or can they reuse QR code each time. Just so many questions and this app has no information and is not very user friendly. Our community paid a fortune for this system. When I went to download the app and saw it only had 2 stars, it was clear they did not do their research. Please improve this app!!!

At the request of some users and their privacy, we have disabled access to telephones and emails, but with the new privacy agreements of the platform we can enable them. We take our user experience very seriously and we are working to provide you with the best service.
  • Doesn’t work on IPhone

    Can not even fill out the login screen because there are no options in the pop up menu for choosing the community. So the app isn’t usable at all on an iPhone.

  • My community doesn’t come up

    The apt doesn’t show any community’s when select choose a community have tried 3 time the system is new to our community and doesn’t work as our instruction we got told what to do have it is fixed before we totally lose our old system

  • Unreliable

    I concur with other reviews. Does not reliably work. I’ve put in the same guest 3 times and it never appeared. Gave up and called security for a pass, only to be told that they saw it. Why?
