My community doesn’t come up

The apt doesn’t show any community’s when select choose a community have tried 3 time the system is new to our community and doesn’t work as our instruction we got told what to do have it is fixed before we totally lose our old system

Unreliable

I concur with other reviews. Does not reliably work. I’ve put in the same guest 3 times and it never appeared. Gave up and called security for a pass, only to be told that they saw it. Why?

Horrible system

While the design is good, this system does not reliably work. About 50% of the time a gate pass is generated and 50% of the time it is not. This is a huge time waster as, why enter guests if you have to get a call from security. Additionally the server goes down without notice and when that happens, you will get a log in failure message. You are not sure if it’s you or not. This system is bottom line, unreliable.
