While the design is good, this system does not reliably work. About 50% of the time a gate pass is generated and 50% of the time it is not. This is a huge time waster as, why enter guests if you have to get a call from security. Additionally the server goes down without notice and when that happens, you will get a log in failure message. You are not sure if it’s you or not. This system is bottom line, unreliable.Show lessDunesWest
