創建錢包時就出現問題並且得不到任何解答

我在YouTube看了邦妮區塊鏈這個頻道與cool wallet公司的開發者訪談那集後，在官網訂購了一張cool wallet pro，前天收到了cool wallet pro卡片錢包。剛開始系統更新與藍芽配對都正常，直到創建錢包我選擇了系統推薦的卡片顯示助記詞，12-24個不同的五位數字，我照著指示手抄下來每一個助記詞數字，最後一步就是要將所有我得到的助記詞數字加總起來輸入到app進行驗證。我還沒來得及輸入我的數字總和至app上時，cool wallet pro自動跳入錢包頁面，此時app輸入了數字總和也無法驗證只是不斷要求你重新連接藍芽，我照著指示做還是無效。上官網找教學並沒有找到任何關於我碰上的問題，照官網教學說的重新操作一次，一樣碰到cool wallet pro還沒驗證助記詞便自動跳入錢包頁面，app也是只要求重新連接藍芽無法進入下一步驟，我嘗試取得聯繫管道，發現官方網頁上根本沒有任何公司電話或線上客服回覆，官網右下角的對話框按鈕點進去完全沒有幫助，只能點選它選項的問題並沒有辦法直接打字輸入我碰上的問題進行詢問。（可以打字但輸入任何非它提供的選項問題，就只會得到它不了解你在說什麼的回覆）我寄信給貴公司並也在官網填寫了工單，等了兩天才得到回覆郵件說是我螢幕自動鎖定造成藍芽斷線，但問題是我從頭到尾都在用手機操作並沒有進入螢幕鎖定，而且也沒有看到官網上有提到螢幕鎖定會造成藍芽斷線問題等等。碰上問題找不到解答，又收到如此把客戶當白痴的回覆郵件，我不敢再相信這個錢包，也不敢將我的資產轉入，對這個公司徹底失去耐心，我不住在台灣不知道該如何退貨or退費，當初抱著信任花錢訂購這公司的產品真的是很後悔。碰上這種問題請問誰還敢放資產進去？建議有購買此錢包的其他人自己斟酌要不要繼續使用

Nice concept, bad execution

The idea of a slim card hardware wallet is great. However, the companion app feels so old and cluttered.

I have to import all of my crypto using contract addresses, then the token image doesn’t even import. The app just feels slow and dated, it doesn’t look like its been updated since 2012 or something!

I don’t enjoy using the app at all, it’s made me consider a different hardware wallet entirely - I think i’ll look into tangem wallet next.

Unfair fee calculation process

Don’t like the fact that fees are calculated in addition to the amount sent or swapped instead of the end result being simply reduced by the fee amount. Sadly this is common practice.

CoolWallet App錢包頁的NFT功能目前僅支援顯示ETH鏈上的NFT。不過每一位用戶都可以轉入含有銘文（Ordinals）的資產至CoolWallet App顯示的錢包地址。未來我們會再陸續支援其他鏈上的NFT資產顯示，謝謝。

Overall good app, constant updates make me nervous.

Like the title says, the app is actually very good just the constant updates make me wary of a possible security issue later down the road. The update logs are vague with “bug fixes” and no detail. Considering this is tied to peoples hardware wallet transparency should be a pillar.
