Don’t treat this as cold storage. The seed checksum process requires an old school calculator or paper addition otherwise you are just tossing your private seed words into an internet connected device to validate your master private key. Very poor design compared to others in this space.Kimble007

We have two types of recovery phrases: numeric recovery phrases generated by the card and English recovery phrases generated by the app. The recovery phrase generated by the offline card provides higher security. Users will have to transcribe the recovery phrase onto the accompanying small card. Then, we use checksum verification to ensure the accuracy of the transcribed recovery phrase. This is to prevent users from losing their assets due to an incorrect recovery phrase when restoring the card in the future. If you have any concerns about transcribing the recovery phrase onto the small card, you may also consider our metal recovery phrase board, Billfodl. I had so many issues if I filled out the sum or words to verify it kept saying turn on card. it was on. Got a new one same. Pairing troubleshoot/ pair right from your Bluetooth phone.
So then I thought maybe it created the wallet regerende and then tried to import an existing and sure enough it did. Pwef :) it’s really cool :)Show less11346hgjfkdls

got a brand new CoolWallet followed the menu items when I press on the button it says hello and pops off and says it needs to pair but it will never pair so I can’t say if this software even works because it won’t start so at this point it’s wasted money in a paperweight. definitely wouldn’t buy anything else from their company.Show lessRaynespot

This is the only one crypto platform that respond my message within one day. Their support team is very informative, professional and friendly while I have some trouble with 3rd party exchange. The other crypto platform will just turn you into bot and faq, you will not getting real person until day 3.
