I cannot complete an exchange because after I click to pay now then get a pop up about exchange rate the App just closes when I click OK on the rate notice. Always closes. Will not work. Cannot convert one to another using the market functionality. Have rebooted phone. App Version is current version.Show lessRLP77

Very safe offline wallet. Needs to start going down the direction of easier withdrawals, and more availability on converting crypto. This app desperately needs an update in the exchanges it deal with, you need to have open source network to all swap networks

The hardware update put out today is not working.
Gets to 14% and cancels. It means I cannot access my crypto on the mobilr app as the ios app wants the card to be updated before any action can be taken.Bamelin1

Hi Bamelin1, Thank you for reaching out to us. We’ve completely revamped the structure of the security protocol. This requires a wallet reset to make the switch successful. Thus, we strongly recommend you to update your app to version 2.9.100 and firmware to version 106 to enjoy a more secure wallet. Please follow the steps below to complete this specific firmware update: - Remove the CoolBitX Crypto App completely (please ensure that the original backed up seed is with you). - Go to the Bluetooth settings page on your phone and remove the CoolWallet S (CWSXXXXXX) device. - Reinstall the latest CoolBitX Crypto App from the App Store. - Open the App, select the matching CoolWallet S serial number, and click Reset. - Once the reset has been completed, select the matching CoolWallet S serial number and click Connect. - Select Recover and enter the backed up seeds to retrieve your wallet data. - Update the firmware again. *Please charge the wallet during the firmware update.
