Small world, it worked out for both of us as I had the opportunity to take the pics and collect the fee, and he got the funding he needed. The people who run the app are great, they’re humans, not bots! They help a lot and are very nice people
I love this app, I heard of it from my boyfriend who just recently started using it and he helped me get into it as well. It’s really great, I can make fast money from just taking pictures of properties. I love going to look at properties and seeing all the different scenery and taking pictures which I love doing. I receive my payments the next day, the pay is much better than other apps, and the support team is phenomenal. I can’t wait until they continue to grow so photo opportunities will be even more frequent.

Then the reviewing process usually takes no more than 24 hours and your funds are direct deposited seamlessly. Everything went good on my first 3 assignments but it’s been 24-72hrs and still haven’t got paid and it took me 30mins-Hr to do each assignment, had to go in bank which bank manager wasn’t so friendly, but I completed everything they wanted with almost 60+ photos and still haven’t been paid?
I happen to be a licensed appraiser in CA. Within 2 years I’ve received 1. Then issues uploading the photo. I was told the app requires you to be in front of the subject. And, btw You New appraisers... you are required to inspect the subject and All Comps... not ProxyPics. Unless you indicate them as “assisting” in the completion. Check USPAP. DONT CHANCE IT. In fact, I’m deleting the app now.
Completing training was fairly simple - you need to have a good Internet connection or LTE cellular data for the pages to load well and quickly.
So long as you can read and plan a head a little, it should be a great way to make a little side cash. Onboarding requires a quiz and is assigned like a job but no pay so, we’ll see how the payment process works once I complete an actual paid for assignment
