bike WOULD NOT LOCK
i am so upset. i with there was an option for 0 stars because that is what this deserves! 1. i took this bike for a ride and the electric version didn’t even work. WHAT A JOKE. 2. i finally got to my destination and the bike would not lock. it ended up charging me $3 more than i should have paid had it locked when i tried the first time. completely and utterly disappointed to say the least. do better.Show lesschickenwizard123
Buggy app, rundown bikes
Buggy for sure, often can’t unlock bikes even if they are available. Maintenance of the actual bikes is poor as well often rusty chains, squeeky brakes, loose pedals, and no way to report bikes in need of maintenance. It could be really handy but as it is now not worth signing up for.The bear says:

Issues with ending ride
I enjoyed the ride but a couples issues with start/end. There were plenty of parked bikes that were not available for hire, possibly some were reserved but I doubt they all were. Ending the ride also was not smooth as the app would not end the ride until I restarted it. That costed me another 5 mins.Show lessRidezzzz
Literally horrible and doesn’t work after a few rides
The first 3 days I used hopr everything worked great and then I spent 30 minutes on walking around and trying to unlock bikes but it keeps saying that it failed to unlock and to try again for all 6 bikes. I tried calling customer service and no one answered so I wasn’t able to get homeannabellejoy11
The quality of the app is so poor
Looks like made by amateur. I cannot unlock a bike for 20 mins in code weather.ParseCool

Few bikes available in Atlanta
You cannot see online how many bike or bike stations are available in a location. Had to download the app, enter phone number and email address to find out that (when I checked) there were only seven bicycles available in all of Atlanta. Deleting app less than an hour after downloading.Another Commuter Listener
Bikes wouldn’t work unlock
We tried at least 5 bikes that didn’t work. Needed 4 bikes for our family. Was very difficult to find 4 that worked.Oooojhhhhvf
