Use another app
Used to be a big Veo advocate but it seems over the years their service gets worse and worse. Many times over the past few weeks I have walked to a bike on the map, unlocked it and found out that the bike does not work for some reason. Had to request refunds, and now my time was wasted walking out of the way for a bike that does not work. Even worse is walking to a bike that is on the map, scanning it and finding out it is “under maintenance”, why not show that before I walk all the way to the bike? Between this and hitting random “no ride zones” along regular bike paths I’m over it. Not to mention I’m seeing less and less bikes around my neighborhood and then half of them don’t work. After I use the money left in my account, I will be deleting this app and going with bird or lime.
