Easy to move around site
Love/hate
Love the financial institution, but hate the so-called intuitive new format. Had difficulty finding online statements after being alerted by an email. Should not have to call institution for help locating statement. Don’t know what else might be hidden.
Friendly, local, not a big bank
The app is easy to use and even though I don’t live near a branch I never feel the need to go to a branch. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, their online messaging works great, and someone is there to help. I’ve also found their website FAQ and chat really quick and useful.

I’ve never had any problems with this app. Since the most recent upgrade, it’s even better than before. It makes online banking and bill paying SO easy.

Mobile deposit is terrible
Everything except mobile deposit so far has been fine. Mobile deposit itself is horrible and frustrating and an enormous time waste.
