Easy to Use
I’ve had few issues with the site but when I have I call the appropriate phone number and someone always helps me promptly.
Add more loan info & statements
The app is great for most things. Since I use my phone for almost everything, it would be nice to have more loan information, like the original amount & progress, as well as access to statements on the app. I know you are very careful of privacy which is appreciated, but many other apps manage those things.

Good Security Features.
LAFCU online can be trusted to keep your accounts straight and safe. They monitor their e-mail and always provide a timely reply. I am happy that LAFCU belongs to a larger organization of Credit Unions, because I can handle all my business local to my work rather than traveling to one of their branches. I have been a satisfied member for 18 years.

Substandard
Went to reset my password on mobile app. My password is auto filled and normally there’s no problem but today for unknown reasons there was, so I opted to just reset it.
Hit forgot password, entered my user ID and hit submit. The screen changed back to the log in screen. No message of any kind on that screen. No reset link received.
Shut down and tried later several times but no luck. Mobile deposit will have to wait for Monday when I can reach someone to straighten this out.
The ability to reset a password is a basic. Between the site freezing up on my Mac and this, about ready for a new bank.

Usability😞
Good bank and good support........... during business hours. If you use this app you will definitely need support.......... during business hours. Downloaded the app and set up my account and immediately was told my login info was wrong. MINUTES AFTER I CREATED IT. tried to reset and it pushes you through an endless cycle of “type in your user name to reset your password. We don’t recognize your user name”. Going to be on the phone with support tomorrow........ during business hours.

Apple Pay
It’s need to be compatible with Apple Pay because when I need to deposits cash I have to drive 11 miles to do that. I like the bank and I never had issues with them but I got a second bank as Wells Fargo because it was convenient then driving 11 miles now I drive 1 mile .
