Crashes, glitchy, crashes some more
I am unable to perform basic functions with the app like view my statements and access my account. It is slow, crashes every time I use it and does not allow me to maneuver in the app without it crashing. Please bring back the old version.

Important feature removed
This version will no longer allow you to make principal-only HELOC payments. Please bring this back.

Could be more effective
I continue to get logged out and have to contact the bank on the phone in order to be able to sign in again.
Please fix the “register device” problem
Ever since the last iOS update I have to “register” my device (iPhone) every time I use the app. It’s so frustrating. Every single time. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it didn’t fix the problem. Customer support knows it’s a problem but they don’t have the solution.

mobile check deposit
Why do I have to upload the same photo of the back of my checks 10+ times before the app accepts it? I follow the instructions exactly but it takes upwards of 15 minutes to complete the upload process because it “can’t find the endorsement” that I’ve written very neatly on the endorsement line.
Convenient
I like the app because you can handle your business on the go. Having the ability to transfer external funds to this account is great.
