Horrible bank
This bank processes transactions too slow. Example i paid my car insurance Friday morning and it’s still not showing up on the bank that it was paid. Meaning the amount of money you think you have you really don’t have. Capital One doesn’t do that to me and as soon as my auto loan is paid I’m closing my account. (Not like they’ll care) the customer service is ok could be better. I also refinanced my truck and someone should have said that if you refinance your gap coverage (if you have it) will be cancelled and I did have gap coverage and it was cancelled and my area was hit by golf ball sized hail and my insurance totaled my truck out. Can you guess who’s the lucky winner to finish paying off the loan? You guessed it. 😒

Bellco Bank
I have lived here for almost 7 years. I came out to help my son with his daughter so that him and his wife could work. I am more than satisfied with Bellco banking. I love it especially because I can just look on my phone and know how much I've just spent and how much I still have. so long story short yes I really like Bellco and will continue using it. Thank you for all your help. All of you are very, very helpful if I have a problem thank you again.

Great bank
This bank is great for me after experiencing other banks (since 2019). With this bank, I can check my balance securely and also make some transfers between accounts, it automatically transfer from other account (of course same bank) to my checking account if I use over amount on my checking account (because it can not be negative). I had lower interest rate on my loan but, the amount I’ve requested wasn’t approved because of my credit score and they offered me half of the amount I’ve requested. This let me requested the rest of the amount from other banks with high interest rate to get the amount I needed. Although I haven’t enough money on my account, they gave me a loan.
The only issue I had with this bank, is when I’ve travelled overseas. They blocked my account when I was trying to make some payments because I didn’t informed them before traveling overseas and it made sense for me (because of security). That’s how I created another account from other bank. So if I get blocked on this bank I can use other one until the issus gets solve.
Besides all this, I’ve been scammed 5000$ and I let them know and they refunded me.
I highly recommend them.
I can’t end without saying this. They save a lot of time. You can do most things online and go physically for final signature (for security reasons).

Horrible app
Worst app, can’t pay auto loan from the app get routed to a third party, I get locked out of my account because the app won’t recognize my password and then it’ll show me an app error occurred so it’ll exhaust all entries to enter my password. App is not user friendly at all and has major issues that other big name banks do not have in their app. I’ve had the app for over 5 years and am now writing a review as I been locked out again for the hundredth time it’s frustrating. I have other banks I use and in comparison this app is always having some type of technical issue. On the bright side when I find myself calling customer support to unlock my account the service has been great so theres that please fix your app it’s been like this the same way as of 5 years ago.

Updated - issues fixed
Updating this review to note that the app has been updated again and now displays vendor information on transactions. With that, I’m back to being happy with the app. I especially appreciate that you can easily find the routing number which my other bank doesn’t seem to have anywhere on their app.

I love Bellco, and until recently loved the app. But after recent updates the app won’t show details on many charges, only the amount and “point of sale withdrawal,” making it hard to track transactions easily. The info shows up on their website, but not in the app, making the app much less useful.

Not great
I have been with Bellco for over 6 years now, it started out great but has gone down hill. I can barely stand the app, it is not secure by no means. Almost everyday it stops recognizing my phone and won’t let me sign on, but if you close the app 2-3 times it will eventually let you log in. Texts about large purposes are hit or miss, again not very secure. Trying to pay a credit card takes you to a 3rd party site that isn’t very user friendly. Logging to look at your transactions on your phone you can’t even read the business name anymore.

Good app but authentication needs work
Overall I am pleased with this app, except for frequent issues with authentication. The app gives me easy access to all of my Bellco accounts, including my Bellco Visa card. That required a little manual intervention from customer support but that took only a few minutes.
Having Zelle accessible through the app makes cash transfers quick and easy. It works well and sure beats paper checks for family members and friends.
The only big issue I have with the app is that it doesn’t seem to wait long enough to get the authentication handshake when using TouchID (old iPhone) or FaceID (new iPhone). When this occurs, the app slams shut with no error message. If the site is busy, it may do this several times in a row before I can successfully login. In those cases, I wait a few minutes and try again. Not a deal-breaker but it is annoying and inconvenient.
So 4 stars for now and it will be five stars if the developers can fix the authentication issue.

Time Saver and piece of Mind..
I love this app. It gives me piece of mind bc I check my balance constantly for security. It makes my banking a breeze. I’m not always available during normal hours and this allows me to do most things I need through the app. I really didn’t think I’d use it bc I’m older but once I got it and became familiar with it I hardly ever go to the bank now. No need for the visit. Downside is I don’t see the friendly faces at the bank now but they’re still there if needed. Love the app.

App functions worse with the new update.
I have a car loan and every time I go to make a loan payment with the latest version of the app, I have to press the “make a payment” button 4+ times for it to proceed to the payment screen. Also, the navigation is worse on the home page. I have to flip through several menus just to see the loan payment option.

Recent Problems
This App was great until recently started acting up. It didn’t show me recent activity and I had to delete it and download it back to see my recent activities. And now after logging out and I tap on it , it shows me the accounts open . Of course it would ask me to log in if I want to make changes but still that is not safe.
