Great tool but app could be better
We have been using BambooHR ATS for 4years and I love it! The app only provides the basic functionalities with ease like candidate profiles in an organized manner, but pales in comparison to all the capabilities that the ATS can perform.

Not iPad compatible! Why is this a little rectangle on my screen?!
Simple but effective
Used only to review applications as they come in which is nice. Not as functional as desktop but it does the job if you want to monitor and review applications.
Need Talent Pools
Need to be able to send candidates to talent pools from mobile. Other than that it’s ok.
Also need to be able to copy phone number and choose what app to text from. We use a voip app for our office and I don’t want to text from my personal phone.

This works horribly on an IPAD
Bad bad bad
This app is bad. It doesn’t work, doesn’t let you go to desktop even on iPad and, if I can reiterate, doesn’t work.
Unusable on an iPAD
I don’t know why the links force the app instead of one of my browsers. This app is horrible and doesn’t scale larger than a phone. So all of the information is more or less lost on the many pages of text.
Dear BambooHR. Get the device capabilities, and either launch a browser by default on iPAD or take the 45m needed to recompile a version that scales up when its not a phone.

Still immature
We started using it. Massive amounts of emails sent to your inbox and no way to control it (this actually might be a GDPR concern). Their App doesn’t support notification (something most Apps support about 15 hrs ago).
For a young company you’d think they’d get these basics right first.

BambooHR update problem
Latest update , app won’t open “¯\_(ツ)_/¯ “
Sucks on an IPAD
Does not work well when you are trying to use an IPad. Does turn to full screen and doesn’t allow the same functions as when you are using it through the Web.
