App doesn't open
Last update killed the app. Just doesn't open anymore.
Fix fiat
Hi. App is not displaying a fiat amount. And this is preventing transfers as does not convert to crypto equivalent.
Super glitchy with no real in app support.
Went out of the app and back in to look at my pending transaction and it changed the value to 0 for no reason even though the Bitcoin value is the same as it was the last time I was in the app (literally like half a minute ago). There’s no button in the app to contact someone if something goes wrong and it’s not on the exchanges end so hopefully it fixes itself by the time the transaction is confirmed. I know for a fact that my money didn’t just vanish into thin air and Bitcoin certainly hasn’t collapsed or anything so there should be no reason it wouldn’t turn up.
Update: It confirmed and the money is in the wallet now but it gave me a scare while it was still pending. There needs to be more care put in this app and better measures taken to ensure people don’t get screwed.

Has some strange features but otherwise ok
So, odd features:
1) it only processes when active on your screen
2) you usually have to wait a few seconds, sometimes minutes, for it to show you how much you really have available
3) if you send some of your money, the rest remains frozen until the transaction is completed.
4) don’t use the trade feature, I did but the funds got lost and there’s no customer services for the exchange they use. Got it back eventually.

Seems like it could be good, but unfortunately, I get an error when I enter my pin
I downloaded this today on a recommendation, and at first it seemed like it was going to be an excellent mobile wallet. I restored a wallet from a seed that I had backed up. Within a few minutes, I could see my funds.
However, after a Cake Wallet was about 90% done scanning the Blockchain, the whole app errored out. And after closing Cake Wallet, and whenever I enter my pin, I get an error that says “Error: basic_string”
Closing the app and re-opening it does not help. Rebooting the phone does not help. So now I am completely unable to log into Cake Wallet at all. So at this point, it is completely useless.
I did some searching online and found that other people have been reporting this problem since May on GitHub. But apparently it has not been fixed.
I’d really like to use this wallet, but unfortunately I can’t even get past the first screen that comes up when I open the app.
