Repeated Exchange Failures, App Crash etc
I have spent an hour trying to initiate a simple swap. The app could not make it happen, for at least 1 hour and 15 min I have been trying and retrying to get this to go through. Super frustrating and I’m pretty disappointed and irritated. I will never use this app (particularly if it’s a time sensitive transaction) since it was absurdly unreliable and ineffective. I would go to enter text into a field (amount or address etc) and the keyboard would disappear - only fix restart the app. Turning my VPN off didn’t seem to help because these issues continued. Just barely got the transaction submitted but now I’m in a time crunch waiting on blockchain validations. Ugh!! 🤬

Fix your Fiat $AUD we are seeing incorrect balance amount and it does not increase when Bitcoin value increases! Have tried restoring and everything. Cake devs need to fix this asap!

Real easy no hassle to exchange from btc to xmr
Simple but sometimes not functional
Easy to navigate app and looks nice, but when trying to send XMR to an address I can’t seem to type it in, I can only paste it - for example the XMR or USD value.
This is a scam wallet don’t use
I have copied the address from cake wallet to the exchange, then I requested a withdrawal, cake wallet generated 2 different addresses the one I copied isn’t the same as the one I have now in cake wallet guess what I received nothing , what a scam
App is trash!
This app literally cost me 2 days of time and about $25. The result was absolutely nothing positive. The app promises to exchange one cryptocurrency for another easily and with no hassles. After two days of trying to exchange bitcoin for xmr I gave up and sent myself the bitcoin back. Half of the time I was given a message stating that there was an error and I didn’t have enough bitcoin to complete the exchange and the other half of the time the option to exchange was not even on the screen. The button to click to make an exchange happen simply didn’t load. I sent multiple messages, emails, chats, Facebook messages, telegram messages, and even created a twitter account (which I swore I’d never do for any reason) to send messages for answers. I did this after an hour and a half of trying to make the exchange. The exchange never happened. Two days passed and no replies to any message other than the claim of needing more information from me about what I was attempting to do! This app is complete trash!

The problem is every time I open the btc wallet I have to force synchronize it by reconnecting the node. I have talked to Cake Labs about it and followed their directions of uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Ive also upgraded to the latest version. Issue still persists. tbh it hasn’t affected anything other than the annoyance of having to do it every time I open the app. Other than that, I love it.

Been using for quite some time and now apparently there’s not enough inputs available. Whatever that means.

Avoid if time is against you
Absolute shambles of an app, unless you have hours to spare to sit worrying you’ve been scammed, I would find a better rated wallet
