I don’t need the call before you dig number often, but’s it’s handy to have quick access. I also like the occasional informational links, didn’t know that about my meter spacing requirement.ZoomXoom
gives notifications for tips
I installed this so I could be notified in case of emergency or problems at or near my home. Instead it beeps me with random reminders, like “Give gas meters a little elbow room.” That stuff belongs in a newsletter or blog that I read at a time of my choosing. I don’t like to be interrupted for it and there’s no way to selectively disable routine notifications. I complained to them once but they haven’t stopped so I’m disabling all notifications. Unfortunately that makes the app pretty useless.McDonna
Waste of time
Don't waste you time. This is simply nothing more than a webpage with permission to bother you with useless push notifications. There is no feature that allow you to login and access your NW account, bill, etc....Downloaded and deleted....LFBerti
Near useless
