So easy
This is the easiest way to borrow a car. I simply love it. I left one star out for these reasons:
Gas card- I just cant get it to work, I've tried to use it, went to different gas stations, different pumps, to make it work without success. If this process can be simplified, id add in that last star. Also in the app, i dont understand why it doesnt just launch into the hawaiian islands, its like zoomed so far out to see the whole world. Its cumbersome. The search functions are a little time consuming but i think with a little improvements, it can be a delight.
Things i love:
I can pick any car i want, set the pickup time, walk up to the car, unlock it, and im on my way. The cars are in great condition and comfortable. Their support team is quick to respond if you have any issues at all. Its just so easy and convenient. I have been telling people about it and i cant stop! You have to share a good thing right?

It’s convenient but gets pricey
It’s convenient if needed for a few hours but if you would like to rent for a full day it might be easier to go through a rental such as enterprise. Additional downfall is because the car is “keyless” you can only connect with Bluetooth or Cellular data. When I was driving a few time the car stared “no key detected” which freaked me out a bit.

Easy to reserve and pick up
I have used HUI a few times and each time I have been very satisfied with the vehicles and service I have received. Easy to reserve and pick up for those quick unexpected trips. I highly recommend you try it.
Please bring this to all cities. Loved it!
Convenient and simple. Had to call customer service to help have correct buttons pushed on phone and they were excellent and easy to talk with. Will definitely use again if it is in the my area of travel.

Explore the island with Hui
This is one of the best ways to get around Oahu and explore the island without having to deal with a car rental and finding a place to park it. Only want to drive around for 2 hours? This is the app for you. The app itself is very easy to use it's amazing how quickly you can go from signing up to driving with your phone as the key!

Glad lI was feeling adventuresome
Renting HUI was so different from the usual process -I questioned if it was for real and also, if it was wise to give so much information to an unknown entity over the web. Glad I did. Car was great... price was fair and inclusive of insurance (which is such a rip off) and gas. I would do this again everywhere. I have been reading about the concept of disruptive innovation lately and this experience made me see the car rental business as being ripe for disruptive innovation. Bring it on!

Flawless
I’ve tried another app-driven carshare service and thought I had a good benchmark for this kind of service... but Hui reset the mark for excellence. Flawless tech and app integration, plus clean, new cars and free gas. Would use again in a heartbeat and wish Hui were on the mainland!
Convenient and cheaper.
So easy to use and much cheaper than hiring a car the conventional way
Highly recommended.
The Prius was almost new and so efficient, we drove around the whole island and used less than half a tank, ( Petrol is included in the hire charge anyway).
