We would like to assure you that the satisfaction of our clients is our priority and LUISAVIAROMA PRIVILEGE program is loyalty program created especially for our valuable clients. The participation in this loyalty program means that you accept and agree to abide by it’s terms and conditions. The LVR points have an expiry date, and you can check your expiring points in your profile. Regretfully once the pints are expired, they cannot be restored anymore. As for the shipping, even if the service is express there may be a Customs delays which unfortunately are out of our control. Hope this clarifies. Best regards
