The app vs others

App deletes earned points if not used for certain of time even though earning them in profile takes the longest time to be updated

The express delivery is not an express with expensive delivery with hangers that cause customs to open packages

The same items in competitive apps but with more expensive prices

We would like to assure you that the satisfaction of our clients is our priority and LUISAVIAROMA PRIVILEGE program is loyalty program created especially for our valuable clients. The participation in this loyalty program means that you accept and agree to abide by it’s terms and conditions. The LVR points have an expiry date, and you can check your expiring points in your profile. Regretfully once the pints are expired, they cannot be restored anymore. As for the shipping, even if the service is express there may be a Customs delays which unfortunately are out of our control. Hope this clarifies. Best regards

Disappointed

I made a purchase online 20/07 and the status still processing, not recommended this website, be aware they don’t care about customer service and not support if you call them or asking for assistance.

Worst customer service ever

One star is too generous. First of all, the customer service here is the worst. There’s no live chat, and you can only communicate via email, which is very slow. I ordered an item and paid $14 for express shipping, but the item took forever to arrive. There’s no point in paying for express shipping, but there’s no other option, so I had to pay. I didn’t include my apartment number, so I contacted them, and suddenly they applied for a return on my item without asking me. I was planning to retrieve it myself even if it got lost, but they returned it without my consent and then said it was my fault and wouldn’t refund the shipping fee. I didn’t request the return; I still want my item. I told them I would pay again to have it sent, but they didn’t understand and kept talking about a refund. Never order from here. The customer service is the worst. In this day and age, there’s no live chat, and their email response is extremely slow. While I’m getting frustrated, they reply only once a day.

Not that great

While the items are great and the quality of the merchandise is super, the app is poor. Filtering is not very user friendly, and I often get a red message balloon on the app icon but I cannot find what it refers to.
