The smell is HORRIFIC, the delay, ETERNAL

I have always been a fan of LVR, my most recent review was through the roof, until today. The order arrived ver very late, that would have been ok, but the smell…. Oh the smell of 3 items (Theory coat, MaxMara top and MM6 bag) was impossible to take. Plus the dust bag of MM6 bag was disgustingly stained. They’re going back tomorrow and I am left with a very bitter taste. Disappointed.

False shipping information

I ordered an item and the only shipping option was 1-2 days however my item didn’t ship until 5 days later and it was not received in 2 day even after shipping. I though me placing the order a week and days in advance and using 2 days shipping my order would’ve arrived on time but it didn’t

Can’t clear notifications

Can’t figure out why there is always notifications on my app… frustrating!!!

Won’t let you past the notification settings

What a joke! iPhone 14max pro and doesn’t fit the screen. Won’t let me click on the notification preferences as they are too far down the bottom of the screen!

Use the website, don’t bother with this App

Downloaded, deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. Re-started my phone as well and it still didn’t help. It either locked up on the first page or then took forever to load the second page and then locked up.

Order status is still ‘processing’ after 5 weeks

I ordered an item 5 weeks ago and the status is still “processing” but they took my money the day I put the order in. I have contacted Luisaviaroma multiple times but no response, no refund and no item is being shipped. Ho! Don’t worry, PayPal is just as useless with their guarantee program.
