Poor customer service !
Customer Service - LUISAVIAROMA
I ordered a dress last week - the company took my money immediately. I have had no email confirming my order - the order does not appear on ‘my area’ on the website. Customer services have been sent several emails from me, all have been ignored and not been answered. I am giving it one more day for the company to answer me and then I will get barclaycard to refund my money. Appalling company DO NOT USE.
