Complete trash
This app can't even function long enough to setup a soundbar and subwoofer. I've already decided and re-downloaded the app 5 times and factory reset the speaker just as many. This app crashed EVERY SINGLE TIME I get to the point of adding it to my wifi network. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!!! I will never waste money on a polk audio product again. Hopefully ya'll read the reviews before buying these products because you'll never get them set up.

App Crashes Making Sound Bar Useless
This app crashes every time you go to connect to the sound bar wifi. Making the sound bar and all unable to set up the device. This renders the device useless.
This app just doesn’t work
I go through all the setup stuff and I just keep getting error codes that don’t tell me what’s wrong. Why do I need to connect to the internet just for sound to come out of a sound bar. It worked before and then one day just stopped and now I can’t set it up. Don’t get a Polk Soundbar. Get literally any other brand.

Your reviewers were far to generous in their criticisms. This app was much worse than I could have possibly imagined.
How hard would it be to simply download a remote control to control a Bluetooth enabled wireless device?
I guess that would limit the devs from monetizing my travels in my RV where I am using my Polk Soundbar not only do you require a network connection but I can’t even connect my iPhone to the Polk audio soundbar wireless connection to even find out if the App actually has what I need to operate my audio.
This will probably work fine if you are in a position to use it without any adverse conditions. But, if you have anything that could negatively impact your ability to use this app, it’s probably gonna be trash for you.
Thanks for nothing Polk, wish I’d never purchased your product, but that poor decision will never be duplicated.

Crap! Just utter crap!
This is the 5th time I download the app in hopes that maybe, just maybe, someone has updated or fixed the app. Long story short I have the bar never got it to connect to this app, and once the soundbar goes off line I reset the full bar by disconnecting it. The only reason I haven’t throw it out is due to having to buy another one and I cannot afford that at the moment, but well, live and learn. Never again!

You’re better off using the tv speakers. Absolute waste of a system.
The WORST setup I’ve EVER went through!!
This is a horrible setup app!! It’s a completely dodgy walk through, you will get to a point where you have set up your wifi for the soundbar and are choosing what the name of it is called, but before you can complete that step and go on to the next step it 95% of the time comes up with a error that tells you to either restart the app or restart the device, if you restart the app it closes all of the setup and leaves you with a half setup soundbar and you will have no choice but to factory reset it. Same thing with restarting device. It’s a horrible app, I’ve had this connected to my tv and network for a good 2 years and like most sound bars nowadays it disconnects completely and I have to set it up again, only I can’t set it up again because I keep getting this error. I suggest not to buy the command bar product, because either way you’ll run into this problem and it’s not worth the effort. You get what you pay for, and what you pay for is a sorry excuse for a product. It is clear this error will never be fixed and that just gives all the more reason to not use this product, your risking your money and your time!
