Would Use Again
Our return ride with Martin was an A++. Great driver, conversation, and a very nice, well-maintained ride. Car seats clean and in good condition.
Way too expensive
A 15 minute trip was quoted at $174 !!?! That’s insane and unreasonable. The lay out and ordering process makes no sense. It’s confusing
Worked great to and from EWR to NYC with a 5yo and 10mo!
Alber Sargyous was our driver from our hotel in NYC to the EWR airport. The car seats were installed correctly and arrived early for pickup. Getting to the airport was quick and comfortable. Taking our 10 month old and 5 year old on the subway with luggage would have been difficult but Kidmoto worked great for us! Worth the hefty price for peace of mind.

Dead or abandoned app, probably
It estimated a ride from JFK to Times Square at $249. Really? UI is built poorly, I couldn’t make sense of ordering process. And then it advertised to work in Utah but says “service is not available” on an estimate page of their website. Wasted my time to figure this doesn’t work.
$200 are you for real?
The drive to the airport is 15 minutes, the fare estimate I got was $200!!! Is this a joke? An Uber is $15.

Very happy to become a part of a great Kidmoto company, for the great child car seat service they offer, highly recommended to families, must try their service for great family traveling service.
Excellent in Orlando
We had a wonderful experience with Joseph picking us up from the Orlando airport. I was skeptical about the service since I hadn’t heard of Kidmoto before, but Joseph’s service has made a repeat customer out of us! Super professional and speedy service all around and communication even from the initial request was top notch.

Great Experience
Fntastic experience using Kidmoto to take children under 3 to and from the airport. The cars were nice, drivers friendly. Most importantly, they knew their car seats well. The price was commensurate with other car services in my area. Customer service was responsive by email. If I could change anything, it would be to have phone-based customer service in case if problems. I had no problems with their service, though, and I’ll definitely be using it again.

Amazing service!
Seamless travel for our first trip with our baby in NYC!! We had flight delay and last minute booking, someone was always there to help and answer any questions. Highly recommend for a safe and reliable commute option for you and your little one!
