Great car service for families!

Excellent car service for families, with attentive drivers and a superb customer service. Would definitely recommend. We had a great experience during our trip back home from the airport. If you get Nelson, ask him about nice restaurants!

Do not use. Cancelled my ride 5 minutes before pickup!

They cancelled my ride with two kids from LaGuardia 5 minutes before pickup because of “traffic”! Don’t waste your money. Zero communication from company. When we spoke to the driver they just said Kidmoto had cancelled the ride for no reason. Completely unreliable

$200 for a 20 minute drive

Don’t waste your money. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. I’ve been robbed. I booked a trip for our family to la guradia airport, a 20 minute drive from our house. I wanted our son to be safe in a car seat. I was charged $200. I’m shocked. I’ve asked twice for some kind of refund because I feel i’ve been robbed.

Hello Marisa, please email us at support@kidmoto.taxi. We are sorry for the confusion. We take extensive measures to protect consumer data from fraud, identify theft, and scams. It seems like you mistakenly think the pre-authorization charge on your card is a charge, but it was not a charge. It was just a temporary "hold." These pre-authorizations are much like any other charge to a credit card, except instead of debiting funds from the cardholder, we put a temporary "hold" on the funds for a few days. You can validate the actual charges with your credit card company. You were sent an initial quote by email upon booking and a confirmation email with the final costs after the ride. Please check your email. We would love to clarify this situation. We checked and have received no complaint emails from you regarding your ride. Please email us at support@kidmoto.taxi. Great experience - first time using Kidmoto!

Great app and great experience for our airport arrival with a 4 month old! Rosalina was our driver and was early and waiting upon our arrival! She was so courteous and helped with bags as well as properly fitting car seat to safely protect our daughter. The car was spacious and clean and I felt safe and comfortable. I will be using this service again!

Exactly what we needed & more

First time flying with our baby, we knew we’d need transportation from the airport to the hotel with a rear-facing car seat. KidMoto made it easy to schedule a ride and reassured us we’d have a rear-facing car seat; we even input our baby’s weight and they had the straps adjusted accordingly. And THEN, when we needed to make a last minute pickup location change, the driver was very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Simple

This is like the kids new motto to traveling to and fro airports at NY and nearby districts – Kidmoto. Well-kept vehicles with benchmarks of guaranteed child-safety. Since traveling en-routes between airports and place of destination is a big fuss of unrest, especially when you got kids. Good 5 stars service!! ‌
