Times Union App “Iffy”
I have found this App to work unevenly. Some days I can’t download the paper at all for hours, generally having to wait til 9 am or later.
Trying to enlarge certain parts often sends me to the page before…it is frustrating.
We like to print puzzles so we can both play but the system doesn’t stay connected and I have to reboot both my printer and IPad in order to continue. There is no easy way to print, so I had to find a workaround.Inconsistent and frustrating
Terrible app! Difficult to get it to load frequently. When it does load you must then wait for additional ads to load before you can access the section. If it were free I wouldn’t moan about an ad, but I pay for access and have all the ads of the print version I should not need to wait for more ads to load before i I can access section. Biggest flaw though is how poor the app works. Loading slow most often or not at all. I requested a refund for my yearly subscription but was told best they could do was to keep it from auto renewal in January.Updated format
I have been an esubscriber for some time. Are recent change in format of the paper seems to be not user friendly. It is difficult to stay on fit page without the view immediately jump to previous viewDeveloper Response
