  • Slow... just a website in an app wrapper

    Doesn’t offer anything over the website. Slow responsiveness for an app.

    As of March24, 2019, this app is till useless. Nothing works.
  • Waste of Time

    What is the purpose of this app? Nothing works. I CAN’T make payments. I CAN’T make reservations. I CAN’T view statements. Again, why does this app exist?
  • As of Oct30 2018, still a lousy app.

    You can’t do any transactions on this app - book vacations, convert points or pay. Only useful thing is that it has all the properties and their maps, so if you are planning a a vacation you could use this app and then go to the website to make reservations. But then why wouldn’t I start at the website in the first place???? Will keep checking to see when they release any transactional updates. Releasing an MVP (minimum viable product) is fine but one needs to iterate. Wonder if developing this app is now on lower on Vistana’s priority list.

    None of the features are available. What was the point to roll it out and announce it? Wasted time you will never get back. Don’t download it.

    Glad you’ve developed it but should’ve waited until fully functional ie reservations etc. Will you do digital keys and online check in too in future releases ?

    All of the features of the app is coming soon. Deleting until I no longer need to go on the website.

    Most the functionality is “not available in the app yet” and just links to the website so it’s not really good for anything.

    Why was this app released!?! Most of the functions are not active, this review only and even that isn’t straight forward. If you want to do anything with your ownership i.e. booking, convert to starpoints, etc. you have to go to the website.

    May I suggest getting Marriott to write the app......
  • Needs Touch ID Access

    App is too new to give an informed evaluation of reservation functionality.
    My Dashboard and stay history are correct.
    But there’s a glaring omission: no way to activate Touch ID. This needs to be added asap if they expect people to use it.
