Useless garbage
I have tried to get this setup for over 2 years now. 2 separate sales presentations and always bounced from one group to another and nobody is able to get me into the HGV App. When I call the 888 number today they say it not active and has never been active. HUH!??? I told the person that the sales person had it up on his phone and was navigating through it.
1 year to build a website that is below par and another 2 years waiting for this. Can something ever be done?

Very hard to use website
This site needs a revamp from square one.
It seems to be layered on older versions.
I had to reregister several times .
It is very cumbersome to find resort time availability.
Fix this thing !

Great for exercise and your checkbook
Make sure to bring walking shoes!!! The team is slow and not worth the wait! You park about a mile from your room, then the main pool is on the other side of the resort but you can take the beach side short cut pass the dolphins it’s about a mile long hike but it’s really nice views.
Parking self park is $48 per night and valet is $55 per night well worth the extra $7 dollars to save a quarter mile per trip.
Valet attendants were great super friendly. Room was really nice, all of our meals were really good but we didn’t eat in the resort we ate at Kings and Queens market. Most of the ones at the main resort were either closed or high end. Would have been great for me and my wife, but with the kids we like to go a little more casual for dinning.
