This is a small software with a simple user interface that connects well with the products of this company. I request the developers of this application to include the possibility of setting alarms on specific calendar dates in the new versions for Qingping watches. Thanksisismichael
Crashes Continuously
Update: After removing the device from HomeKit, the app worked okay. I would like to use HomeKit automations though.
The app launches and seems to work for a while but then crashes continuously. I’m unable to change any settings on the devices I bought.itopaloglu83

New update crashed my humidity & temp sensor (Homekit), can not find my sensor in the app any more! Please fix! Edit: removed device and then added it again fixed the problem. changing my rating back to 5 stars.dc.att
Prefer Line chart
The app works well. However, it use bar charts for history data, which is not as easy to view as line charts.rqi1234

I had incorrectly blocked all other countries from accessing my network and that worked great. Except for the fact now this device couldn’t phone back to China it would no longer pair to any Smart App, allow those connections device works great still.bobbyshremurd
Developer doesn’t reply to support inquiries
Developer doesn’t reply to support inquiries. I’m unable to link my devices to mi home and two devices are reporting very different values. I reached out to the developer via the contact us link in the app but they haven’t replied. Look elsewhere for reliable air monitoring.burgerboy9n
Poor functionality
The app locks up every time I try to update the temperature gauge firmware to the new version. Also, it doesn’t seem to sync with the actual gauge very frequently.zorkguy

Network Error Repeatedly Upon Login
The app has worked well with the device updating in very close to real time. Have used this app and AQI device for the past 2.5 months with no big issues. It was reporting ok until just yesterday, when I received continued prompts to log back in. My account is registered with my phone and everytime I attempt to log in, it immediately states “Network Error” and I have no access to monitoring my indoor garden during the day. My WiFi is fine and works with other devices. I attempted to reset the device and delete and re-download the app and I’m experiencing the same issue. Very frustrating and I’m hoping for an update fix ASAP! The AQI meter is very good quality, now let’s get this app on the same level!Show lessbleykw
