For an air quality measurement device app, it sure needs a lot of data
Registration requires providing contact data and agreeing to an onerous privacy policy, none of which seem necessary for a simple app to control/access a device.tallmike365
Worse than worthless
Useless for the sensor purchased. In fact the app appears to be fraud. If possible to give zero stars I would have done so. The main objective of the app is to collect personal information on the users. Beijing is political intelligence capital where this product originated - go figuregf hug sad ghff gf f D G bh

Great but can’t add HomeKit Automation
I just powered up the temp and relative humidity monitor and it looks great. The purpose of me purchasing this was to be able to add an automation in HomeKit to alert us if the temp gets too hot or cold in a room, but for some reason this is not possible with this sensor. Why?Mountaingamer

Alas. App crashes when I try to add a device.
- I just purchased the "Qingping Temp and RH Monitor H Version."I was excited to try out this elegant, inexpensive device.
- Unfortunately, when I try to add it to the app, the app immediately crashes. I've tried many times.
- I hope this will be remedied soon.
- In the meantime, thankfully the device is HomeKit enabled, so I have been able to use it through HomeKit.Show lesstomwickland
Nice app and sensor, but a bit disappointed with the features
I really like the ClearGrass sensor I bought, which can monitor PM2.5, tVOC, Temp, CO2, and humidity.
I just experienced a few problems and I hope the developers can resolve these issues.
* There is no AQI data available for my city (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), so I can’t see what the air quality is like outside. Please fix the data source for KL, Malaysia so that it shows the accurate AQI instead of 0
* I am unable to add the air quality sensor as a device in the Mi Home app. The device software has some instructions so it appears that it used to be possible, but now the Mi Home app doesn’t have any way to add this device. So I can’t set up any automation rules to control my dehumidifier, air conditioner, or air purifiers. This is very disappointing.
* Minor issue: There is no way to look at the 24 hours of data for any previous days. The “24 hours” / “30 days” options are too limited. When showing the “30 days” view, I can only see the high and low values. I would really like to be able to tap on a day and view the detailed historical data for all 24 hours of previous days. Otherwise there is no way to keep track of the times during the day when air quality gets worse or better, so I can’t see any patterns. I think the only way to do this is by exporting a CSV and manually importing all the data into a spreadsheet, but that’s too much work and I wish the app and device supported this.
Otherwise the interface is very nice, and the real time data seems to be very accurate.Show lessnathan_f77
