Utterly terrible channel manager

I used to use MyVR which was amazing. Guests acquired them and it was a car crash. Less functionally. Staff with an atrocious attitude. Basic things like payment confirmation to guests missing (illegal). Migrated to Lodgify who are incredible. Avoid this lot like the plague.

STEER CLEAR

literally, the worst app I have ever used in my life lol. Just sync your calendars on your own. It’s not that difficult. This app? Guesty. It will try to control your pricing without your knowledge. It will tell you that you have a new reservation when really it is a reservation that you already obtained on your own prior to downloading this horrible app. Again, just do the work on your own there is nothing to be gained by connecting your independent listings with this app that really honestly seems like a scam. Oh, and also you have to pay which I did not have a issue with if it were going to be useful but it’s not. Again steer clear you have been warned.

Forgot password

Last week couldn’t use app as it kept telling me I needed to do update (which I had)
This week can’t send messages from it, when pushing send button it crashes app each time.
Also the forgot password screen isn’t working, it continually takes you back to login.
Very archaic app that needs a lot of work!

Unusable

Now getting a message saying “last call to update” with a link to the App Store…for the same app I’m using, so going around in circulars. Currently it means the app is usuable due to the issue as will not let us do anything unless we download the ‘new’ version which we are already using. Also crashes lots and unstable trying to use it, not really fit for purpose. Really need to focus on getting the app bullet proof before doing further updates

It’s stuffed!

I’ve downloaded the latest version… but every time I open it a screen pops up to say “Final Call - Download the latest version” and it won’t go away… so it won’t let me use the app.

Please fix ASAP!!!

Not working - stuck on a loop - bring the old version back

It says last call to update app - click it - take me to App Store to open the same app - back to the same warning screen can’t get past it. We need the working app. Emergency lot of unnecessary changes the old app was perfectly fine can I suggest if you need me to make improvements that’s cool do that but don’t need to make whole new interface so many times what’s the point who asked for it

Locked up app

This update has locked the app. I am unable to do any work now that I have updated the app and subsequently frozen the progeam

Locked out!

Major issues! Can’t even log on now. It’s stuck on last chance to update screen even after updating. And trying again and again to log on with no luck. Can’t use the app at all. Immediate fix needed!!

Login is a disaster

Safari, Chrome, mobile—it doesn’t matter what I use, I haven’t been able to reliably login for more than a month. The password reset brings you back to the login page, rather than actually letting you change your password. There is no way to contact the company without logging in, and I can’t login. Fix it!
