Login is a disaster
Safari, Chrome, mobile—it doesn’t matter what I use, I haven’t been able to reliably login for more than a month. The password reset brings you back to the login page, rather than actually letting you change your password. There is no way to contact the company without logging in, and I can’t login. It is so frustrating to constantly have to log back in to this app—that also makes you change the password every couple months! I dread opening the app and being logged out again. It has cost me the ability to pick up jobs because of how long it takes me to go through the password recovery process CONSTANTLY. Please remove this feature, why does this app have 30x more intense security measures than my bank account???kcherrier
Incredibly basic for the price you pay
I find the app almost useless. It was more efficient to just respond to guests in the OTA. Outside of your calendar and a few very minor things like changing a price it is clunky and ineffective. On top of this guest website is not able to operate on a mobile device. So if you’re a person person who travels and is on the go and you need to be able to be responsive, this is definitely not the PMS or app for you.KGBarl
