The whole booking process and the information regarding self check in and check out was all very streamlined and all available through the app with good timing leaving me in no doubt as to how the process worked. I felt supported even though there was not a direct human interaction.

Their customer service is nothing short of a joke. Whether you’re dealing with their poorly scripted AI bots or their human representatives (who might as well be robots), the experience is equally frustrating and unhelpful. Vacasa has effectively removed hospitality from the hospitality business, leaving customers feeling neglected and disrespected.
For any self-respecting homeowner considering contracting with Vacasa, I strongly advise against it. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction are unmatched. They are so abysmal in their operations that I am certain many people end up trashing the properties in revenge for the appalling way they have been treated.
To make matters worse, Vacasa CEO Rob Greyber received a $2 million bonus for overseeing this train wreck and a staggering 90% drop in stock value. Vacasa chases failure like it’s their destiny … and it is.
Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Vacasa. They are a disaster waiting to happen, and no one should have to endure the level of incompetence and disrespect that they dish out on a daily basis.
