We’ve only been using the app for 2 weeks—so far, so good. But I’d like it better if we could specify the minimum net income we insist upon. Going through a human interface doesn’t seem to be working.Developer Response

So far I am not pleased with Vacasa. The first round of photos did not provide any exterior pictures of the home. The home is waterfront and has a pool, neither of which were included in the photos. The home is loaded with amenities; kayaks, pool lounge chairs, beach chairs, coolers, fishing gear, gas grill and cornhole set. These items are in the utility closet and were not photographed either. The lead photo on the listing is a picture of the sofa in the living room and should be an overall exterior view of the property on the water. If I were to click on this property, see these rates and see a picture of a couch, I would move on. This is a premium property and must be portrayed as such by professional photos of the property with the amenities to increase the likelihood of renting. So far, two weeks active and zero bookings.
