I was dropped right outside my door in Avalon near Careel Bay. Fantastic service! Lovely driver. Only problem I had was using the App so got a number to call.
😤
Nice drivers and comfy buses but the app is a pain it either won’t let you book one, won’t load into the actual app or will have some sort of service error when trying to book. Some drivers wait for a few minutes which is really handy when they suddenly come early but other will drive off if they don’t see you at the meet spot at the exact time they arrive.
ALSO
sometimes I would pre pay for a ride only for the ride to cancel on me or not even book but still charge me… never got a refund 😔 (emailed them a few times to get my money back)

What a great service!
Was about to get an Uber thinking that was my only option where we live. Then I remembered a neighbour raving about Keoride! It was there within 6 min and cost me 1/10th of the price!
Never Available
My town only has a clockwise bus loop, and because there’s no anticlockwise loop it makes it very frustrating to get a bus into the shopping centre because public transport doesn’t service my residential area.
So I’ve been trying Keoride recently because aside from walking it’s my only effective method of transport.
Except I the majority of the time I’m unable to get a ride, the app says they’re aren’t any available, regardless of the time of day.
I think I’ve successfully gotten a Keoride a total of three times out of the many that I’ve tried.
What is the point of an on demand service like this if it can’t even someone in this situation?

Server issues
Every other day it says it can’t connect to internal server and I’m having to uninstall and install the app every 5seconds. Really annoying but hoping this can be fixed!!!!
Excellent local service
Reliable, on time, friendly. Simply superb service to have

Good service, waited at end of my road with child. Lovely clean modern bus, patient bus driver. Dropped off at nearest bus stop of destination.
Keoride- fantastic connection to the B Line🤩
Keoride is such a great service - really appreciate having it on the Northern Beaches to connect us to public transport.
Keos are not so great
The price is good and is a good service when I can actually find one but they are so hard to get and the scheduling is unreliable and never works even when I book at least a day before. I scheduled one for this morning yesterday and when I did one on demand when I woke up, it said there was one when mine was scheduled for but when it got to the time it said it was full.

Good idea, however, disappointing execution.
The idea of the Keoride service is fabulous. Easy way to travel around Mt Barker, for a cheap price and limited walking. The staff are lovely, and the vehicles are comfy.
However, the service barely works. I try to book on the app throughout the day and cannot manage to because ‘all the seats are full’. Many people I know have also experienced this issue. I have tried calling the customer service, again told to ‘keep trying’, even though I have been consistently. It is a very unreliable service.
