Becoming an inconvenience
When Keoride was first introduced it was hugely convenient as rides where easy to find but it’s not the case anymore, either they need to increase the amount of buses or increase the amount passenger count per bus because most of the time rides aren’t available and whenever they are they are never full

Weird timing
My Keoride said it would arrive at 5.07. I was notified at 5.00 that it had arrived and tried to rush out to catch it but by the time I had reached where it was waiting it had just left. If the rides could wait at the stop at least until the time they said they would arrive that would make it much more useful.

Just amazing
I have been using Keoride for about a year now and now I don’t know how I’d be able to function without it. It is so easy to go anywhere in the northern beaches because of Keoride. It is so easy to book a ride and the drivers are always so nice. I tell all my friends about keoride and they all love it as much as i do.

Great Service
It’s a great service for the Northern Beaches. You do need to plan ahead tho. Pick ups within the 1/2hr timeframe are great and likewise when coming home from the B-line rides are pretty quick. Excellent to see Opal is used as a payment now, makes sense.

It is convenient sometimes but in the afternoon it take it half an hour to get to me and sometimes they text me to push back the time further and I always end up being late🙄

I love Keoride, they have been like me of the best transport things to happen on the peninsula. Friendly staff and all is great. Staff could make conversation some more and somethings I book for 8mins time and it changes to 2 mins and I’m not ready but that’s a minor bug. Otherwise all g.
Keoride share drives
I think Keoride is a great service and the prices are fantastic. The cars are kept clean and the drivers are always nice. I have nothing bad to say it except one thing, if you are planning on getting a bus to the beach, a day out or meet up with friends or family, it’s perfect, but if you are on your way to work, school or an important event we’re you have a specific bus to catch at a specific time, you often get let down because of the other stops Keoride makes such as driving completely off track or the opposite way from the bus stop and it really frustrates me when I am put in this situation.

No stress
What a treat to be met at the Palm Beach Ferry and to be driven to my friends place , no waiting , smooth ride, AND to be collected on time for the return journey. So easy. Many thanks Keoride
