Pathetic and useless OTP

I requested OTPs to verify my email and yet none of them seem to work. This app Deserves negative star rating.

Not working on my iPhone

Since the upgrade, the app keeps telling me I’m offline (I’m not!). All I can do is generate a CR code.
Update! Erased the old app from my phone and reinstalled it. Now it works fine.

Logout

Why is it that my account keep logging out? I am so tired of always loging in everytime I open the app. So annoying.

Can’t book a flight and Customer service is non-existent

Always encountering error to restart or reset password. Trying using their site does nothing too, always says flight unavailable. Why even display it then?

You can try submitting a ticket, but good luck getting a proper response. Other than template answers (asking if you did the basic troubleshooting), there are no other replies addressing your concern. If you look at their social media accounts, they’re being flooded by user complaints too.

Customer Services is a total Shambles!

If you could get just one sensible answer from customer services it would be great. Long standing trail of “E” Mails but not one sensible answer, is Customer Services a computer that just acknowledges questions?

Just a tracker & nothing more!

The worst app I’ve ever come across. It keeps asking for your information when trying to set it up but keeps giving error messages & nothing else. Now I’ve put all my info but still doesn’t work. This app is nothing but a tracker once it’s installed in your phone! I’d give it a zero rate if it’s only possible because it’s not even worth 1 star!

Absolutely useless and frustrating to use

JG summit who owns almost every line of business in Phili can’t or won’t hire proper IT to build a proper app. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app. Absolute c r a p

Horrible program

It would be better host not to give points/rewards than to create a program that is so frustrating to use. As soon as you separated your program from my Cebu Pacific account, it has consistently fallen in usability. My suggestion to Cebu Pacific customers: don’t bother. It’s just not worth the added stress. I have been trying for three years simply to consolidate my GetGo account with my new Go Rewards account (I’m which they never gave me an account number but want me to link it to a horribly inconsistent cell phone number) and no one can help me. I have to go to NAIA help desk just to get help. Horrible program and horrible customer support. Again, don’t bother.

useless for soooo long!!!

after the app update last year, now i cannot log-in on the mobile app with the correct log-in details.

whike if i hse my pc, i can log-in and access my account.

customer service dows not know how to assist. keeps emailing me the same useless instructions… a copy-paste reply.

soo disappointed!
