can’t log in on app

won’t give it any stars if I can…I could log in to my account on the laptop but not on the mobile app-it only prompts an error re account not found

Frustrating

You have to keep logging back into the app every few days. It doesn't support Face/TouchID so you have to log in manually with a password. It's so annoying to have to keep doing that at the store checkout while people queuing behind you have to wait.

Also, many checkout scanners have problems reading the QR code and you need to increase the screen brightness to get it to work.

This app is pointless. Customer service is non existent. Nobody reached out to help me. Very disappointed. No stars at all.
