  • OTP Cannot complete registration

    Cannot send OTP to a +1(Canada/US) number.

  • Very Poor Customer Service

    It has been weeks and Log In issues using phone no. Or Forgot Password has not been resolved. They do not gave facility to reset Sign In. For days no end, they have been sending messages that they will follow up and update me but after a week past no contact or action is taken.

Select forget password and choose the method of verification via SMS or Membership Info.   • Blocked Without Support

    Unable to complete registration, first, due to an error after entering the OTP, then due to the OTP being sent 3 times. Then tried Customer Care for assistance, my message could not get through due to a problem with their email addy. Nuts!

  • Was this even tested?

    When creating a password, it says the password must be alphanumeric. But when I input a number, the app hangs then crashes.

    I have been trying a million times to register my card to the app, but it never made it through. It has always said parameter error.
  • Useless crap

    The older app was able to link an existing card. I was hoping to get rid of a few cards from my wallet. Oh, well.

    If you dont have an existing card, signing up gives you a rewards card free.
  • need an update

    if you forgot your card or doesn’t have internet on your phone then you cannot use the app. it does not support the add my receipt on the transaction history.
