Does nothing but crash
I just installed on my new iPad Pro 2020. Open the app and all it does is crash. Very disappointed since I have used this app on ,h iPhone for over 2 years. I have emailed support so hopefully they will respond.

Hi, the CamScanner HD app hasn't been updated for a long time. It is suggested to download the iPhone version on your iPad for using for now.
Doesn’t work anymore on my iPad
All over the sudden froze. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, but keep freezing after signing in.

Address book malfunction
I used to love this app. Now when I type in the first 3 letters of the address I use often, it disappears as it’s the top address in this column. When I slide the screen downwards and touch this address it does nothing. The address lines are not full size anymore. Still my best way to send preprinted documents, but I have trouble remembering the full email addresses and the way this function used to work was great.

Great for scanning on the go
I have been using this app for years, and it works great for scanning and image manipulation. OCR is passable, although I tend to save images as PDFs and OCR them in Acrobat. File handling could use improvement, but neither that nor OCR is a dealbreaker.
Useless iOS app
Never works in iOS. Difficult to share. One drive sync doesn’t work.

Great app. I bought it when it was reasonably priced. Then it disappeared for a while, to be replaced by a subscription based version.

I've benign using this app since 2013 for my husband's business. Literally the one one I will ever use. Tried others and they were so bad. This app is so easy to use, very convenient & stores all my scanned files without any issues. Once in a while, it does freeze, but not everything is always perfect. Best scanned app. Happy customer:)
