Horrible support and never works like it should.
Service for this program is almost non existent. The program constantly will not work and kicks you out or locks up. Not a user friendly app.Been frustrated

FIX THIS
When “View Station” is selected, it regularly produces a blank screen. This makes entering an apparatus check from your phone very difficult. App is up to date.FF 505

Not a very user friendly App, plenty of bugs/glitches and horrendous path to improvement and support by the software company…can’t wait to get rid of this platform!JAA911
When it works it’s great
When the app works it’s great but when both the app and desktop version are used it is frustrating when things don’t match, like using the storage to maintain supplies. Sometimes items don’t transfer or the app will show things differently than the websiteEMS Duty Officer
Slow and inconsistent.
Slow and inconsistent. Great when it works. Sometimes you have to do it more than once and it makes duplicates. You click complete and it won’t recognize it. Plenty of room for improvement here.gunf1reman
Unable to submit work requests
I was able to submit work requests from the app until recently and now I am unable to to submit them. Still able to on desktop but not the app. It’s very frustrating.enwkdbrhejf
Can’t open the app.
Very frustrating, I have followed the instructions to remove the app from my phone, and reload the app several times. Still not working. Can’t figure out how to contact check it directly to resolve the issue.come on man!!!!!!!!
Confirmation Display
Need confirmation display, possibly a Huge Green check after submitting check it to confirm the check it was recorded. Then a secondary image so people can view the check it has been completed or not. When the list of apparatus are on the screen a green check ✅ or red check indicator would be very helpful so other users not assigned to equipment can verify quickly without going into which individual apparatus.2stoked2
