Has it flaws but works
Since having the program we have had multiple issues with the barcodes not scanning. As well as crews not being able to find equipment in the selection yet it shows assigned to their medic unit in the master equipment cache.MedicBritt
Aggravating Login
Every time I access the app on my own phone, it requires me to type in my entire work email address (which is long) and then type in my password. The app doesn't allow you to save it in your passwords. It normally takes 3-4 attempts due to having fat fingers. It also has NO functionality other than doing equipment checks on my phone. As an administrator, its useless for entering new equipment, especially the barcode part. It would be nice to be able to scan new equipment barcodes with my phone camera to enter it, even if i do have to do the rest of the data entry on a desktop. This app missed the mark as far as I'm concerned.Fairly useless
Resetting difficulty
When I updated my phone the app did not save my password. How do I reset my password and why doesn’t the app offer that?! FrustratingKJfiregirl

Great Functionality + Easy to Use

Horrible app. Shuts off on it’s own looses information and is still the most repetitive most useless app I have. Unfortunately I have to use it because it’s all my department offers.bv643
Not target solutions EMS app.
This is the check it app for target solutions. Our guys are downloading this expecting to see the target solutions software outside of check it. Calendar, my events, forums, credentials you are not able to find or use. Target solutions needs there own app. This should be called check it for target solutions only. Check apps works fine you just get no other target solutions options.Matthew*
Fix it
Fix the issue where when you put in a date for an item, it shows up as a day before once you save it. This has messed us up repeatedly on narcotic checks, as all the dates are off under recommended lots. Issue has been going on for 2 months now.bahlgren342
