Issues with opening app
Blue wheel spins even after checking to be sure it’s using Wi-Fi and/or cellular. Cleared cache and not sure if to delete and reinstall would work. Not reliableFD Station25
A Dismal Program.
12/18/2021- Perhaps it’s the implementation of this program by my particular agency but by genuine disgust towards this app intensifies daily. It takes an ungodly amount of time to complete shift checks to an extreme measure. In fact it takes so long that truly detracts from provision of quality patient care and and universally dampened department moral. From the perspective of an administrator it provides a fabulous illusion of tracking apparatuses and their contents but in reality it is a burdensome beast overloaded with detail that weighs on the backs of the persons making daily entries. I despise this program more and more every time I use it. I do not recommend this program to fire departments or EMS agencies who value the happiness and mental wellbeing of their EMTs and firefighter personnel.

App problem
I click on the app to open and it circles then closes. I can close it out and try and reopen it and it does the same thing.CB109

Terrible
Terrible App! Nothing but problems, so many problems that I don’t ever submit a truck check on the app. Takes forever to load, not a great system. The app keeps crashing and it won’t allow me to even access the system. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it multiple times trying to get it to work. Operative IQ is used at another service I work for and is millions of times better. I recommend your agency steer clear, also the set up of the system itself took months for our company.m.door
