I don’t know what all the complaints are about? Maybe they fixed it as of May 13, 2020 (corona time).
You do have to create an account and it’s super easy to setup. The app works flawless for me. You can change speeds, turn on the headlight/taillight, see your mileage and trip meter etc.Matt in Buffalo
Terrible app
This app was terribly made and I can’t do anything on it. I have spent the last half hour trying to make an account and I am still on step one. I am really sad that I have wasted so much time.😡😡😡me is me 95

App does not connect to scooter
Awful, got this as a birthday gift and the scooter works great. Except during the assembly they put the front wheel cover on backwards so it drags and makes a loud noise when riding. The back seems to also make a squeaking noise just when I’m riding. The app doesn’t even connect to the scooter, tried multiple times but the Bluetooth part of my scooter either doesn’t work or it’s the app. So sadRuslan G.
Could be better
Works well enough. Big issue is phone keeps turning off or dimming while riding. I wish there was a feature in the settings to disable that. Other wise it’s neat. Doesn’t provide much you can’t do otherwise but does make it easier to see all that stats on the dash board.None44
Won’t let me create an account update Aug 2
I have an iPad 5 and when I open the app it forces me to make an account. I am able to enter in everything except for the confirm password field because when I push it, the keyboard doesn’t pop up. Do not get if you have an iPad. And also the reason why I’m using this app with an iPad is because I want to setup cruise control and kick to start.
Update:
I figured out you can get to the confirm password field by pressing the arrows on top of your keyboard. I was excited that I can finally use the app until I realized that the register button doesn’t work. Once again do not get.Ryguy10712

It was as easy as 1,2,3 to set it up. I like the app, you can Choose 3 speed levels on the fly.AmhFtK
