it’s a cool idea except the app won’t even let me create an account. and looking at the reviews it seems this has been an ongoing issue that they aren’t trying to fix. annoying.Natelover
NETWORK ERROR!

Used app several times with no problem. Now all I get is network error. Tried several phones, redownloaded app. And it won’t let me log in. Connection fail seem to be at manufacturers end. It’s not just a straight Bluetooth connection to the scooter.Twinsdad82

App worked fine 1 time then since then it no longer functions. Network error. When attempting to connect with scooter deleted app loaded it again now I can’t log in Network error attempt a password reset network error. I have never seen a Bluetooth app require network service to connect to something poorly designed app.Ardithen

Please make a new update for this app. I would love to use it but I can’t seem to register for this app and I want to connect to my scooter with my phone I hope you see this and get a new update so this app will work. Thanksjordanra5
Hopeless
This app is hopeless. Worked fine to begin with but then stopped connecting to my phone. Deleted the app and downloaded again. Now it won’t even log in. I would give no stars if I could.bec12343213
