  • registration through the app is broken

    So that functionality is 100% down and has been for at least a day (see other review, same issue).
  • APP DOESNT WORK

    it’s a cool idea except the app won’t even let me create an account. and looking at the reviews it seems this has been an ongoing issue that they aren’t trying to fix. annoying.
  • NETWORK ERROR!

    This app worked when I first got it, but only a few weeks later, I continue to get “Network error!” every time I try and log in. The scooter works fine, but this app is terrible. FIX THIS, SWAGTRON!!!
  • 2 faulty scooters AND a broken app

    Wow, so first of all...you have sent me two scooters with malfunctions or missing parts and in top of that you app doesn’t work. This company isn’t going to last another year.
  • Apps working for only two weeks.

    This apps is working for two weeks. I can’t open my front light because the app doesn’t work. Poor quality.
  • Beware of product. App connectivity “down right now. Try next week”

    That was the response received after I tried connecting to the second scooter (first one had an assembly issue and didn’t even unfold.) stay tuned I will update if connectivity is restored next week but if not I will return the device.

  • Great app - when it works

    Used app several times with no problem. Now all I get is network error. Tried several phones, redownloaded app. And it won’t let me log in. Connection fail seem to be at manufacturers end. It’s not just a straight Bluetooth connection to the scooter.

  • Network Error

    App worked fine 1 time then since then it no longer functions. Network error. When attempting to connect with scooter deleted app loaded it again now I can’t log in Network error attempt a password reset network error. I have never seen a Bluetooth app require network service to connect to something poorly designed app.

  • Won’t work

    Please make a new update for this app. I would love to use it but I can’t seem to register for this app and I want to connect to my scooter with my phone I hope you see this and get a new update so this app will work. Thanks
  • Hopeless

    This app is hopeless. Worked fine to begin with but then stopped connecting to my phone. Deleted the app and downloaded again. Now it won’t even log in. I would give no stars if I could.
