    I am new to Valley Bank with a 20+ year certified construction SBA 8A business enterprise, and have found the bank to have excellent customer service and appreciation!
  • Cumbersome and slow

    Unfortunately, nothing in this app or banking website is intuitive in the least. Wires are exceedingly difficult with two different logins with which one has to bounce back-and-forth and frequently there are hangups and nearly every time utilization of online banking is cumbersome and difficult. We use several other banks online sites and don’t have this difficulty.

    Your Business website does not display a way to make a “ Mobile deposit”.

    This is very frustrating and will hesitate a call
    To your business banking department.

    Glitches sometimes but works well most times!

    Reasonably easy to use. Some of the menu terms could be easier to use. Not as sophisticated as the Chase app.

    I absolutely love being able to deposit remotely. It is a huge time saver. My only critique would be to use a passcode to login rather than having to type complex passwords each time. My other banks operate that way and I love it. Enter a 4 or 6 digit passcode and your in!

    It’s solid but just not as simple and user friendly as other bank apps that I have used. Specifically the bill pay function.

  • User Friendly but Outdated App

    While I love the bank, the customer service is phenomenal. The app is a bit lacking compared to other banks like chase the graphics are old some of the functions are very outdated wish it was more user-friendly, and advanced, such as Chase.
