The worst!
I wish that I could give less than 1 star because this app is the worst. The only system that is worse than this app is Valleys html interface. If their objective was a complete disregard of the user, very limited if not less than limited functionality and a perception that we all can’t go somewhere else for our banking, they hit a bulls eye. Hi when I need to make a deposit by mobile phone; I need to do the same procedure 3, 4 times to get it deposited.

I was in shock when I saw this “new” app. It’s 2022 and this app is beyond dated. It’s not even integrated to bill pay, so you need to log in a second time, and with different credentials. The password limitations are archaic, as they limit the number of characters. Who wants less characters in a password when protecting your financial assets??? I have to register device every time
I think it’s time for them to get it all together, I have to register my same iPhone device. Every single time I sign in, the interesting thing is that you get asked to prompt register, you press that, and it still doesn’t register the phone.MSti81

Paying Bills
Paying bills is ridiculous. Why do I have to sign in a second time, makes no sense at all. And then to work inside a tiny window. It may be good for you for your security but it can be so much better. Other banks do it.Avoca 1
