Can’t disable optional eDiary entries
After activating my account, I repetitively receive notifications to complete my optional eDiary entry. The research study team cannot disable the generation of the optional entries nor the hourly notifications to complete the entries. They contacted the study sponsor who cannot disable these erroneous entries and have not had success working with the developer (you fine folks) to fix this bug. This is not complex programming. Elevate this to a P1 incident/problem and fix it.
If I wasn’t getting paid to participate in this clinical study, I would drop out so that I don’t continue to receive these annoying notifications.

Not great, slow and inconsistent
It’s really slow. Sometimes takes ages to submit and get the next step. Needs work.
Missing calendar view
The app is so close to being useful, but the team stopped just short, leaving a clumsy UX.
- desperately needs a calendar view (even a list sorted by date) with the ability to verify/edit previous days. Without it, the data integrity is totally compromised with missed days, forgotten medication, overwriting, etc.
- multiple logins (eg 2 parents entering data for same patient)
- ability to auto populate forms with saved regular medication. (User currently is forced to type in same protocols everyday)
- alerts for missed days and other inconsistencies in the data input so data in is clean for the study.
Net net 1 or 2 sprints would make this an awesome app. You’re right there, hope you keep going.

Terribly slow, such poor function for a medical app
The incredibly slow reload time for this app was almost reason enough for me to drop out of a clinical trial. It is absurd that it does no automatically refresh, and that when you click the synchronize button you have to wait ages for it to load. Ridiculous. Researchers need to find a better app or developers need to improve this one dramatically.

Phone number
I’ve never had such a problem to just get a phone number for metadata because my card has run out and I threw it out because I didn’t know you were supposed to keep the same card all I want is the phone number to ask somebody about the problem and you have a jumping through so many hoops and still no phone number is this some kind of secret number that I can call I’m very upset with you right now please send my phone the phone numbersend it to 214–7 05–5702 for Robert Lux and please don’t make me wait forever I don’t see why this is such a problem thank you

Does not work
Gets stuck on “OK”. Wastes time and money. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working. 0 would be a better rating.
awful! crashed four times before I could finish.
new update is awful! don't update! I opened the app logged in and out crashed. logged back in continue where I left off it crashed. logged back in put in two digits of my temperature and it crashed. constantly crashing on this update!
Slow to sync
Used to sync fast. Now it takes as long to heat up a pizza in the microwave from frozen. Both are gross, one is barely edible.
12:01 a.m.
At 12:01 a.m. the app alerted me to a new diary day. Accurate but annoying. This woke me up from deep sleep, which affected an immune system your client is trying to test. The CDC uses a similar app but the alerts come at the more reasonable time of 3 p.m. I will set focus for future, but programmers should think of the patients when setting up times.

Notifications are wrong
It’s easy to use, but please fix the notifications. I get warnings that I haven’t filled out the questionnaire every day for several days *after* filling out the questionnaire. The notifications don’t seem to sync with the questionnaire.
