Not loading
I’ve signed in several times through out the day and it never makes it past the login screen. If I put in the wrong info it tells me but when I put in my correct login it never goes to the next screen. ?? Please fix this.
App won’t load, “Verifying Data”
New user as of 12 noon today. (10 hours ago). After I enter the code, the app spins saying it is “verifying data”. Over 20 minutes. I see the app was updated yesterday so another bug fix is needed.
App broken
It’s been a while since the app broke. Had to do with an iOS upgrade, they haven’t yet released the new app. Getting a bit annoying.
Broken again
In the 2 years of the trial this is the 4th time I have had delete and redownload the app and get a new code. There has to be a better way to deal with updates.
Not working
The app continually switches off. How do I fix it?
THE WORST
Zero stars would be more appropriate. Regularly notifications yell at me I haven’t completed the survey, oh yes I did! Absolute junk.
Stability issues - uploading and must reset credentials constantly
I can't tell you how many times I've had to re input my login credentials each time and set a PIN. I thought at first it was just when a new version came out. Nope! So I have to set almost every time, then do the PIN, and then it forgets.
I can't tell you how many times it has had issues uploading data. It would force close on its own in the middle of submitting and I'd have to input again. I use it every day and I am readly to stop totally inputting my data at this point.

Easy to use. Great way to instantly submit data
Requested to fill in the app for a week following vaccination. Clear instructions and questions.
Doesn’t sync consistently
I complete the daily diary between noon and 1 pm every day. Sometimes late at night it will notify me to complete the diary when I already have. Other times I get a message the next morning that I missed the day before.
Manual syncing just sends it into a freeze.
