Lots of Crashes
A recent update has made this app super crash-prone. Tonight I filled out three relatively short forms and the Patient Cloud app crashed eight times. This is typical of my experience over the last 2-3 weeks. Even when I have one short form I usually have a couple of app crashes in the brief time it takes me to fill it out.

Can no longer log in on new iPhone 13
I enter my pin and nothing happens. Anyone with a fix for this???
Need a revamp
This might be one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen or used. As soon as this study is over it will be deleted immediately. Bad design. Bad UX. No Face ID. Even when using the quick passcode it glitches.
Nothing happening
Been instructed to use this to record symptoms for the next 10 days. Doesn’t work. Go to the introduction page, click next and it just goes back to the introduction page.
Broken
Yesterday’s update (12/6/2021) seems to have broken the app. When I submit my identifier it spins a few seconds and then just sits on that screen.
New phone, new iOS ,Fail app
I’ve switched to iPhone 13 with iOS 15 this month and cannot login anymore. I wonder if the pro version of this app would work for me?

The app does not work with iPhone 13 pro. I have to use another device in order to sync.

Upgraded phone now can’t login.
Poor design
Does not allow multiple subjects per app. For a parent with multiple kids in studies, this is a obvious miss by either app devs or product managers
